Meet our team: Marc Beshay

In this edition of our newsletter we would like to introduce you to our colleague Marc Beshay. Our Project Coordinator & Tech at Mambo Developers.

Marc (22) first joined our team as an intern in 2025. After finishing his internship successfully, he returned to the Netherlands to study Real Estate Science (vastgoedkunde).  During his studies, Marc stayed involved in our projects from abroad. And now he is back on the island, working with our team on a daily basis.

In his role, Marc combines project coordination and technology, helping us explore and implement AI as a practical tool to find smarter solutions across our field. He collaborates closely with our team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects remain on track, from the initial planning and procurement stages through to execution on site. He also develops digital solutions that simplify our processes and make daily work more efficient.

His focus lies in project development and everything behind it, from the initial feasibility study to handing over the keys. Marc is particularly interested in how projects are organised, how decisions are made, and how teams can work together more effectively.

We are happy to have Marc back at the office!
