Progress Update ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2

Willemstad, June 2026 - Construction activities for the second phase of ONE Mambo Beach have officially commenced. The contractor has started with the ground preparation works by removing unsuitable soil fill and leveling the construction site to the required elevation.
Following this, the foundation pits and trenches have been carefully marked out and excavated in preparation for the foundation works. The next step will be the installation of the reinforcement steel, after which the concrete pouring for the foundation can begin.
With these first construction milestones now underway, the development of ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2 continues to move forward steadily.
