Progress Update ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2

Willemstad, July 2026 - Construction at ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2 continues to progress steadily. The contractor is currently making excellent progress on the foundation works, with concrete being poured every Friday as the foundation continues to take shape.

 

Once all foundation footings and foundation beams have been completed, the next phase will begin with the installation of a layer of calcium silicate blocks around the foundations. This area will then be carefully compacted to create a stable base for the next major milestone.

 

The team will subsequently start preparing for the concrete pour of the underground parking garage floor, bringing the project another significant step closer to becoming reality.

 

With each milestone completed, ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2 continues to move forward, and we look forward to sharing more progress in the months ahead.
