Progress Update ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2

Last Thursday, the contractor poured the first section of Level -2. This is the first structural level of the apartment complex. The size of the poured section is 2,000 m².
Given the size of the Level -2 floor, this level will be poured in several phases. The contractor is currently also preparing for the concrete pour of the next section.
This level will eventually accommodate parking spaces, storage units, a distribution center, and commercial retail spaces. The contractor has now started installing the reinforcement for the columns and cast-in-place concrete walls.
