Progress Update Tierra Del Mar

Willemstad, June 2026 - Construction activities across Tierra del Mar continue to move forward steadily, with important milestones being reached in several areas of the project.
Ocean Drive
At Ocean Drive, we are currently finalizing the groundwork phase. Once this work is completed, we will begin trenching for the utility lines, followed by the first installation of utility niches. This marks another important step in the continued development of the area.
Mambo Hills
Work at Mambo Hill is also progressing smoothly and remains on schedule. The groundwork are now in their final phase, after which we will proceed with the installation of the infrastructure trenches.
Main Road Works
Earlier this week, the first layers of curbstones were poured along the main road. In addition, work is currently underway on several infrastructure components, including excavation works, the installation of high curbs, and the completion of the final section of earthworks leading toward the entrance area. These developments continue to shape the accessibility and overall layout of the project.
Water Pipeline Production Underway
Another important milestone has been achieved with the production of all water pipelines for the first phase of the project. The pipelines are now in production and will soon be shipped to Curaçao.
