Progress Update Tierra Del Mar

Willemstad, June 2026 - Construction and infrastructure works across Tierra del Mar continue to progress steadily, with significant milestones being reached throughout the development.

Ocean Drive

At Ocean Drive, work is currently focused on trenching for the installation of underground utilities. Later this month, we will begin marking and clearing the individual plot boundaries to prepare for the installation of the first utility niches, bringing the project another step closer to the next phase of development.

Mambo Hills

Construction activities at Mambo Hills remain in full progress. The team is currently working on establishing the final road elevations while simultaneously installing infrastructure trenches, primarily for the future high-voltage electrical network that will serve the area.

Main Access Road

Along the main access road, connecting Stonefield Park, Salt Lake View, and Mambo Hills, extensive earthworks are well underway. A large portion of the route is currently under construction, while the roundabout has now largely been completed in its rough earthworks phase and is approaching its next stage.

Salt Lake View

Infrastructure works have officially commenced at Salt Lake View. The first phase focuses on large-scale earthworks, laying the foundation for the future infrastructure and continued development of this exciting new neighborhood.

As infrastructure continues to take shape across Tierra del Mar, each milestone brings us closer to realizing a vibrant and well-connected community.
