Infrastructure works across Tierra del Mar continue to make excellent progress as the development steadily takes shape.
At Ocean Drive, the excavation works for the underground infrastructure have now been successfully completed, marking an important milestone for this exclusive residential area. The construction team has since moved on to Mambo Hills, where the installation of the underground infrastructure is currently well underway.
Meanwhile, the major earthworks at Salt Lake View have also been completed. The next phase of infrastructure development will soon commence at Stonefields Park, where preparations are currently being finalized.
Tierra del Mar continues to evolve into a vibrant master-planned community, bringing us one step closer to welcoming future homeowners to this unique destination.
