Progress Update Tierra Del Mar

At Mambo Hills, the rough infrastructure has been completed, with all trenches now excavated and the site ready for the next phase of underground infrastructure.

At Salt Lake View, the rough infrastructure is fully completed and all trenches for the underground infrastructure have been prepared as well.

At Stonefields Park, the rough infrastructure is nearing completion. Once finished, excavation of the trenches will begin. Along Ocean Drive, the crossings within the different sections have been prepared and are ready to be fitted with conduit pipes.

This month, we will also begin working on the detailed layout and alignment of the main road, marking another important step in the development of the area.
