Willemstad, June 2026 - Construction at Vredenberg Village continues to make steady progress across multiple phases.
Within Phase 3, construction has reached another important milestone. The foundation beams have now been completed, and preparations are currently underway for the working floor, laying the groundwork for the next stage of construction.
This month, however, we'd like to shine a spotlight on Phase 2. We have officially started the first handovers of the final apartment building, marking the completion of another significant chapter within the project. Seeing homeowners receive the keys to their new homes is always a special moment for our team.
At the same time, the landscaping throughout Phase 2 has been completed. With the gardens planted and the outdoor areas taking shape, the entire development is truly coming together. The combination of modern architecture, tropical greenery, and carefully designed outdoor spaces creates the welcoming atmosphere that Vredenberg Village is known for.
