Vredenberg Village Phase 2
Willemstad, March 2026 - Construction works on the apartment complex at Vredenberg Village Phase 2 are progressing well and remain on schedule. The first two floors have now been fully waterproofed, and we are pleased to report that the work has been successfully approved by Aqualectra.
Painting works were completed last week, while finishing works are currently in full progress, bringing the building closer to completion.
Within the next few days, tiling works on the galleries will commence. On the roof, the
final preparations for the air conditioning installations are being completed.
The outdoor areas are also taking shape. The pool deck is currently being tiled, the foundation for the pergola has been poured, and several palm trees have recently been planted, further enhancing the look and atmosphere of the area.
Vredenberg Village Phase 3
Good progress is being made at phase three of Vredenberg Village. The site has now been fully cleared, marking an important milestone in the preparation phase of the project.
Following the site cleanup, ground improvement works have commenced. These activities are essential to ensure optimal soil conditions and to create a stable foundation for the next stages of development.
We look forward to sharing further updates as VV3 continues to take shape.
EPIC at the Bay Residences
Progress at the EPIC project continues at a steady pace, with several key elements now taking shape. The installation of the aluminum window and door frames is well underway, further defining the building’s architectural character.
Inside the model apartment, the kitchen has been installed, offering future residents a realistic preview of the final finishes and layout. At the same time, entrance doors are being installed throughout the corridors, while work on the front façades is advancing steadily.
Tiling of the hallways is currently in progress. Behind the scenes, procurement activities are actively supporting the next stages of construction to maintain momentum.
With each of these milestones, EPIC moves confidently toward its end phase of development.
