Update Tierra del Mar

Willemstad, May 2026 - Great progress is being made at Tierra del Mar, where infrastructure works are now in full swing across multiple areas of the development.
Within the Ocean Drive section, the road has been cleared and raised, making it possible to Update Tierra del Mar complete a full loop through this part of the project. This marks an important step forward in improving accessibility on-site.
At the same time, works have officially commenced in the Mambo Hills area, where the first stages of infrastructure are now underway. Trenches have been created along both the main road and Ocean Drive to prepare for the installation of underground utilities.
Along the main road, leveling has been completed and trenching for the individual plots is now in place. The next phase has already started, with the installation of raised curbs in the central median.
Overall, the project is progressing steadily, with visible developments on-site and key infrastructure taking shape.
