Behind the numbers - Meet Our Financial Controller Arno van der Hoeven

 Willemstad, July 2026 - Arno van der Hoeven joined Mambo Developers as Financial Controller in early 2025. Together with co-controller Maike Jubels, he leads the administration team and helps ensure that the financial side of our organization runs smoothly.

Arno is responsible for the financial administration of our construction projects, while Maike focuses on our operational entities. Together, they oversee the financial administration, tax filings, management reporting, and provide project managers with the insights they need to make informed decisions. One of the team's current priorities is the transition from QuickBooks to Twinfield, an important step in further strengthening our financial processes.

In Arno's own words:

"After spending many years working in the Netherlands, I was happy to return to my roots on Curaçao. Joining Mambo Developers gave me the opportunity to contribute to one of the island's leading project developers in a sector that plays such an important role in Curaçao's future.

I enjoy turning financial data into reliable information that helps colleagues make well-informed decisions. At the moment, I'm focused on supporting the transition to Twinfield and making sure our finance team continues to provide a solid foundation for the business.
