EPIC Milestone Event

Willemstad, May 2026 - On Friday, April 24, we proudly hosted a special event to celebrate several important milestones within our EPIC project.
One of the key moments was reaching the highest point of EPIC Residences, marking the transition into the final finishing phase of the building. In addition, we celebrated the official approval of the building permit for EPIC Villas, the second phase of this exciting development.
The evening also provided a meaningful opportunity to recognize and thank the dedicated construction team, whose hard work and commitment have made the realization of EPIC Residences possible.
We were honored by the presence of Minister Cooper, who joined the event and shared a few words. Buyers were invited to revisit their future apartments, while the fully prepared model unit gave all guests a clear and tangible impression of the final look and feel of the residences.
It was a memorable evening, filled with great energy, shared pride, and connection, made even more special by a stunning sunset that perfectly completed the celebration. We look back on this milestone with great appreciation and excitement for what lies ahead.
