Update ONE Mambo Beach phase 2

Willemstad, May 2026 - As of April 15, 2026, site preparation has begun for the ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2 project. Initial groundworks are now underway and are expected to take approximately two months.


Following this phase, construction will commence, with the full build expected to take around 3.5 years. Currently, survey work is in progress to establish the ground level, after which the contractor will begin setting out the foundation.
