Update ONE Mambo Beach phase 2
Willemstad, May 2026 - As of April 15, 2026, site preparation has begun for the ONE Mambo Beach Phase 2 project. Initial groundworks are now underway and are expected to take approximately two months. Following this phase, construction will commence, with the full build expected to take around 3.5 years. Currently, survey work is in progress to establish the ground level, after which the contractor will begin setting out the foundation.

Update Tierra del Mar

American visitors overtake Dutch tourists in Curaçao’s March tourism surge
Willemstad, May 2026 - Curaçao welcomed over 72,000 stay-over visitors in March, marking a 14% increase compared to last year. Notably, North America surpassed Europe for the first time as the island’s largest source market. Growth was seen across all regions, with the Caribbean showing the strongest increase (+33%), followed by South America (+22%), North America (+17%), and Europe (+5%).
