Progress Update Vredenberg Village Phase 3

Willemstad, June 2026 - Significant progress continues to be made at Vredenberg Village 3, with several key developments recently completed as the project moves into its next phase.
One of the major achievements is the completion of the perimeter fencing surrounding the project area. With the fencing now fully installed, the site is well secured and clearly defined, marking an important step in the preparation and organization of the development.
In addition, the land surveyor has successfully completed the setting out and marking of four individual lots. This process ensures accurate positioning and layout of the future construction works and provides the foundation for the next phase of infrastructure development.
Following these preparations, excavation works will now commence for the installation of the sewer and electrical infrastructure. These utility works are essential for the continued progress of the project and will prepare the site for the next stages of construction.
Another important milestone is the completion of the full construction site setup. The site has now been fully organized and equipped to support the upcoming phases of work efficiently and safely.
